High Gabriel Estates

High Gabriel Estates is a quiet, established community located in Williamson County, about two miles north of Leander. The scenic South San Gabriel River forms the neighborhood’s northern boundary, adding natural beauty and character to the area. The subdivision includes five sections on both the east and west sides of U.S. Highway 183A, each with its own deed restrictions.

Property Owner’s Association

Every property owner in High Gabriel Estates is automatically a member of the High Gabriel Estates Property Owners Association (POA). Together, we make up the community. Each year, members elect volunteer neighbors to serve on the Board of Directors. These volunteers work on behalf of all residents to care for our common areas, uphold our community standards, and protect the character and value of High Gabriel Estates. The Board also keeps members informed about, and encourages participation in, community matters. Open Board meetings are held each month, and all members are encouraged to attend virtually or in person. Announcements regarding the next POA meeting are delivered to members via email, via the association’s FB Group, and via PayHOA. Each announcement includes the meeting agenda, date, time, location, and dial-in information.
